Trikala-tourism www.trikala-tourism.gr is a touristic portal, developed to provide useful information, suggestions, clues, weather forecast module, as well as city maps to every traveler staying or passing through Trikala city. The cultural and historical information along with excursions’ and activities’ suggestions within or out of the city territories stimulates curiosity to explore and experience the whole prefecture. The tool for on line hotel reservations through the booking application form will provide easy access to all city hotels, as soon as all hotels conclude with the information uploading procedures, which is already running. Another step forward aiming at the portals integration is the promotion of the shopping areas and stores and the initiation of the e-marketplace tool.
