The specialized employees receive various complaints via phone, mail or by personal visits at our offices. Through a specific (in between Municipal organisation) IT procedure, the complaints reach the relevant Municipal services in order to be executed accordingly while the final part of the whole procedure refers to the according briefing of the citizen.
